Part 3: Corrective Exercise Selection
- Learn how to choose the best drills for your body’s needs based on the objective self-assessments
- Learn how specific limitations in assessments are associated with different types of body pain
- See in-depth coaching & cueing of the exercises
Part 4: Progressions & Other Exercise Interventions
- Learn how to progress the exercises in a way that makes sense for your body
- Learn how to adjust your lifestyle habits so the changes stick over time (shoewear, sleeping positions, sitting/standing posture, etc)
