The Activate the Songlines of the Body: The Nadis Class 2 is designed for all healthcare practitioners, carers and educators who work with their clients to empower health, balance and vitality. You can also benefit from this class if you are a yoga teacher, advanced yoga practitioner, Ayurvedic practitioner or energy practitioner. If you are curious about this topic and want to extend your understanding to a deeper level, then this class is for you.

Please note, this advanced class explores more complex understandings and assumes you already have knowledge of the Songlines (Nadis). I won’t be covering the more basic concepts already taught in the introductory class so unless you already have a good grounding in this topic, to empower your advanced understandings please ensure that you have watched ‘Create flow and balance in every part of your life. ​All over your client’s body there is an interconnected web of energy made up of vibrating, resonating filaments. They run on the skin, under the skin, deep in the tissues, and wrap around the organs. They exist throughout all of the aura, weave and connect into all of the chakras and are connective and connected to every part of the energy system.

In Ayurvedic health philosophy these songlines are referred to as the ‘Nadis’ and it is understood that there are 101 main channels in the body. Each of these 101 channels splits off to create a total of 72,000 in the whole body field with a dense concentration around your navel, your heart and your brain where you have three powerful energy centres.

It is an amazing part of the energy anatomy that sings the body into being. When I was working with clients, I would hear the songlines activate in a client when deep healing was taking place, for they would begin to resonate, to hum, to sing in a different way. Because of this I have always referred to them as the songlines of the body. They are everywhere and yet non-distinct from other parts of your energy anatomy.
