Mirtha Contreras was attracted to everything related to personal growth and spirituality for as long as she can remember. She began her professional training as a rebirther almost 20 years ago and went on to create her own Rebirthing School, where both her study of personal growth and career began to flourish. Mirtha’s interest in how the emotional intertwines with the energetic grew over the years, and she went on to be trained as a teacher in Spiritual Response Therapy.

Over the years, Mirtha has helped hundreds of clients and students, using her skills as a Reiki Master, facilitator for the EMF Balancing Technique ®, Systemic Family Therapist (Family Constellations), trained practitioner of The Reconnection (by Dr. Eric Pearl) and Reconnective Healing, and as facilitator of the Mindful Self-Awareness technique (AONC, by Dr. Javier Villegas). She has also appeared as an expert guest on numerous TV and radio shows.

Every step she has taken on her career path is driven by her enthusiasm to serve people who want to learn more about managing their emotional state and the energetic power needed to shift consciousness and harness personal strength. Mirtha strives to help people become aware of their own inner power in order to increase their confidence as they recognize that we are all able to overcome any obstacle and achieve our goals, and she aims to do so with the best attitude and disposition. For Mirtha, witnessing these changes is the most fulfilling aspect of her work.
