Session 1: Cravings Cure
Cravings Cure is for my tough cases. Usually 25-30% of my clients need this.
This session utilizes Aversion Therapy, which simply creates a thought of disgust or repulsion at your subconscious level towards the foods you’re having cravings for. While this approach was very popular years ago, many hypnotists today have steered away from it. For those that need a hard-core approach, this will do the trick.
A lot of my clients really like this session and feel relief that they will be totally turned off to their “weak moment” foods. If you feel that is for you, you will love this hypnosis session because it really will create a repulsive feeling towards those specific foods.
Session 2: Getting Physical
This session takes the chore out of having a successful exercise program.

Session 4: Healthy Identity
Healthy Identity will help you change the way you view yourself at the subconscious level. It will help you correct years of negative self-talk and “snap-shot” images you might have of yourself and may not even know it.
If you see yourself as a lazy, unhealthy, fat or unmotivated person, your (RAS) Reticular Activation System (part of the brain that keeps you in your comfort zone) will start attracting all the habits “like a magnet” inline with these beliefs of yourself. Which means you lose weight only to gain it back. Sound familiar? By changing your identity (or label) you have of yourself you in turn change the habits.
