This is how you KNOW it’s meant to be …

And I’m here to help you shed all the shit and drop all the stories which have taken you AWAY from that for long e-damn-nough now.

Here’s what we’ll be diving into:

Week 1: IT’S LIKE THIS … AND THAT’S THE WAY THAT IT IS

I was listening to 90’s workout beats this morning as I did a workout on the beach. Bobby Brown had me humping ALL around, and Kriss Kross, well – he always makes me jump!

I was listening to ‘it’s like that … and that’s the way that it is’, and I was thinking how freaking on POINT this is for the work that we’re to do together here.

The BIGGEST thing we can work on together, shift together, strip back together, get you RESULTS with together, is just that:

Stripping shit back.

To where it was always meant to BE.

To where you just KNOW that ‘it’s like that, and that’s the way that it is’.

But also, these are specifically some of the points I want to cover with you in Week 1, and see you right AWAY shift on!

• BELIEF, and knowing it is ‘done’ – how do you shift from just saying it’s done to actually thinking | feeling | knowing
• CERTAINTY around ‘how it just gets to be’ – flipping from I think I hope I’ll try to I’m motherfucking certain. The exact wording and practices to use to allow this.
• Continually TURNING UP THE DIAL. How to tune in and know what is aligned FOR you to ask for, and then how to continually EXPECT more, bit by bit, day by day, ever turning up the dial to receive more with ease. This is a daily practice! I’m going to show you how ?
• Understanding what ALIGNED ACTION would look like right now. We ONLY ever need to take aligned action in the now. The question is – what is aligned? This is what I want to show you, because when you can tap in to what you’re MEANT to be doing, while also expecting the outcomes you set and decided, EVERYTHING FUCKING WORKS.
• Setting aligned goals in the first place: you HAVE to ask for what you’re actually meant to ask for. That’s just how it is. When you ASK in alignment, and have everything else (above) in place, receiving becomes AS IT SHOULD BE aka automated. So, we’ll look at how to know what it’s ACTUALLY meant to be for you.
• Surrender. Motherfucking surrender baby. Allowing what IS to be, and not holding on / being needy around receiving … you receive when you expect to receive, but don’t ‘need’ to. There’s an art to this. We’re going to master it!

Week 2: OWN YOUR POWER NOW, OR GET OUT OF THE GAME

Let me be very very clear.

ANY time you say no to the power and the magic inside of you, turn away, claim not being ready or not knowing how (for example), you send a very clear message to LIFE, which says:

I can’t be entrusted with these powers.

Send me less, please.

Give me the Kindergartner version only.

I CHOOSE FEAR OVER FAITH.

And really, I only have one thing to say to that –

WHY? Why would you do such a thing?! Why?! Enough.

Yes?

Yes.

The thing with Manifestation Magic School, is I’m not here to teach you stuff you don’t already know, deep within you, and don’t already have access to, fully, inside of you.

These are the things you have ALWAYS known are real.

What I’m here to do is help you to freakin’ ACCESS them … get out of your own way … release but also just act in SPITE of the stuff which currently stops you owning all of it.

You know … the stuff telling you that you really can’t … you’re not good enough … there’s something you need to DO first.

That stuff gets to go, and YOU get to own all that you are and are meant to be NOW.

• First things first, time to UNLOCK THE POWER WITHIN baby!! We’re going to get you crystal fucking clear and OWNING the magic you know you have available to you. I’ll show you how to differentiate between ‘random shit that’s got nothing to do with anything real for YOU’ and ‘really really fucking cool shit that actually scares the fuck out of you ’cause it’s so powerful and SO deep and maybe maybe maybe YOU can’t do it BUT YOU KNOW YOU MUST’

• Yeah … that shit. No running anymore! No hiding! Shit’s going to get VERY real and YOU are going to confess the true purpose work you’re meant to be doing and then start DOING it … or else … really …!
• CONFESSING YOUR TRUTH. Actually this is not just something to do in the whole ‘what are my gifts’ area. It goes through EVERY area of your biz and life. When you say no to ANY thing which you’re being guided or directed to do or own or step in to, you limit your ability to receive in ALL areas. You flick the abundance switch OFF. Augh!!! Soooooo … we’ll be doing some pretty confronting but FUN work to identify every.single.area you’re not owning what you desire and GET TO HAVE. You’re going to love this )
• Action NOW to own that shiz. OBVIOUSLY you then gotta do something about it. Jump off the cliff, raise your standards, say no THANK you, rip the fucking bandaid, etc, all that good stuff. I’ll be sharing my best journal prompts to support you to know HOW to step up and own everything you desire regardless of what fear and ‘I can’t’ has to say about it. AND I’ll be kicking your ass deep on this shit, as the faster you learn to dive into this stuff the faster results FLOW to you.
• Owning your LEADER and HEALER power. Relevant to your BUSINESS and your calling this is going to be critical. I see this over and over … BORN for it leaders, artists, messengers, healers, thinking they have to WAIT or EARN THEIR STRIPES. Not so. It will happen when you DECIDE for it to happen, and I’m going to walk you through a process on how to APPOINT YOUR FUCKING SELF now. Period.

Week 3: THIS IS WHY YOU DON’T RECEIVE

Oooh boy.

This week we get to go DEEEEEPPPPP into all the things.

All the things.

YOU know the things.

I know you know the things!

The murky shit.

The icky shit.

The UGH ‘I don’t wanna think about THAT’ shit.

And the scary and SAD-making shit which has had you oh-SO-many times swamped in tears and fears as you wonder why YOU can’t seem to sort your shit out, why this SAME old stuff keeps coming up again, why it seems to be so HARD, when deep down you damn well KNOW it’s meant to be easy and that it CAN be …

Can I tell you something?

YOU DAMN STRAIGHT KNOW IT’S MEANT TO BE FLOW AND EASE.

You know this.

HOLD ON TO THAT.

Keep that near and dear to your heart, and don’t let it go, you are RIGHT.

And this week? I’m going to work with you to release ALL of the bullshit … the stories … the LAYERS upon layers of FEAR and DRAMA and CONDITIONING which continues to STOP you from simply BEING in receiving, permanently, now.

This is my favourite 🙂

• WHY you continually play the same patterns again and again, be it emotional eating shit and weight ups and downs, money crashing down right after an influx comes in, or perhaps one area of your life automatically bottoming out when another one rises. THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON WHY. We is gonna find it.

• How it is actually BENEFITING you to run these patterns, hold on to these stories, live and respond and create your damn life from fear! To shift and release this shit and be permanently IN abundance and flow with ease, you’ve got to first understand that every so-called limiting belief or pattern is actually there for a REASON. It’s helping you. It’s protecting you. Maybe in a delusional fashion, who knows. But definitely, until you understand get into GRATITUDE for it, it ain’t going anywhere. So, we’re going to dive deep into your stories, your BS, your limiting stuff and ALL the fears and blocks, and we’re going to get into gratitude and understanding.

• The simplicity of just CHOOSING to let go, and go to the next level. I love to do the deep work with you. You know this. I love to go ALL the way deep! And we will. But, part of what we’ll also be working on this week, is plain and simple CHOOSING. CHOOSING is one of the most powerful tools you have at your disposal. IT IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

• It really IS like flicking a switch, and just ‘deciding’ to be done. But, there’s a way to do this where it actually HOLDS … and where you feel it in the first place. So, that’s what we’re going to cover, and action!

• The discipline of doing the damn work anyway. A BIG focus this week will be repeatedly embodying BEING the version of you who is not letting their shit rule them. I’m excited to do this work with you, as a huge part of where MY results come from is simply not allowing fear to be in charge. I wanna kick your ass AND support you around this with my own best tools and practices. So I will!

Week 4: UPGRADING IS YOUR NEW NORMAL

Here is one of the BIGGEST shifts which has changed my life, and the lives of my 6 figure and 7 figure badass clients.

It’s not ‘oh, now it’s time to upgrade, let me get ready and aligned to upgrade and vibrate at a new level’.

It’s –

I AM KATRINA FUCKING RUTH AND CONTINUAL FUCKING UPGRADES AND SOUL SHIFTS, ELEVATION, NEXT LEVEL BADASSERY, ALL THE SHIZ IS MY NORMAL.

Or, you know, whatever YOU wanna say about it, for you 🙂

Think about it:

A 5-year old doesn’t wake up and think, ‘oh fuck, I’m 5 already and I’m still bringing it like a FOUR year old, better start shifting my shit and going to the next level!’

They just elevate.

On repeat.

BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT HUMANS DO.

BECAUSE WE IZ MAGIC.
