Yogasthenics is a fusion of yoga, calisthenics, and holistic functional movement. You will find the classes similar to a yoga class, however the unique twist built into this program will have you challenging your inner athlete.
If you’re looking to become stronger for yoga, more well-rounded as an athlete, more mobile, increase strength, body control, and mental and physical freedom, this is the program for you.
SET YOUR INTENTION
By adding functional movements into your practice, you can see more (and different) results than your typical yoga class. These results can can help you build strength to further your own yoga practice, it can make you more in control of your movements to enhance your athletics, and it can also provide you freedom to move in your daily lifestyle.

THE RAMA METHOD
1. TECHNIQUE
Each class begins by focusing on technique so your mind can prepare for the movement.
2. WARM-UP
The warm-up is where we raise the body’s core temperature so it can move more freely.
3. CORE CONDITIONING
Your core provides stability across your entire body. We will put a lot of focus here specifically.
4. YOGASTHENICS
The fusion of calisthenics, yoga, and functional movements. There’s nothing quite like it.
5. COOL DOWN
One of the most important pieces isi the cool down where you turn the focus inwards.
