SESSION 1: THE EROTIC BODY

We begin by looking at what is blocking your physical, emotional & energetic bodies; through Emotional Alchemy & Somatic Embodiment practices. The Erotic Pulse cannot move through you, if your 3 bodies are blocked with emotional & physical toxins. We will explore what the resistance is for you being fully in your body, and thus we will be focusing on creating a felt sense of safety in the body. We will do this through nervous system regulation techniques.

This will be a descent into the unknown; from the mind, into the deepest parts of your physical body. Be prepared to feel whatever has been preventing you from inhabiting your physical body; here you shall reclaim your power, clear the emotional & physical debris, so you are ready to tap into the Erotic Pulse.

SESSION 2: The erotic psyche

Arousal often begins in the mind. In our second session we will explore the foundations of eroticism through the lens of your erotic psyche & shadow integration. What turns you on? What do you desire? What are some of your kinks? What makes you feel alive & connected to the Erotic Pulse? Through unveiling your own kinks; we shall unlock maybe years worth of shame, guilt & fear you may have been holding; which allows for more Eros to Pulse through your body vessel. Plus you will get a deeper understanding of how to ‘tap into the Erotic Pulse’ at any given moment through owning your personal desires.

SESSION 3: the erotic pulse

We finish our journey by tapping into the Erotic Pulse, through a series of solo Tantric Sexuality practices, designed to help you feel rejuvenated, open & receptive to the Erotic Pulse to move through your body vessel. As we have cleared both your mind and body; you will now begin to feel the free flowing Erotic Pulse moving through you. You will learn how to transmute erotic energy into higher states of consciousness and into your highest creative pursuits and dharmic destiny.
