Mahara has over 40 years experience since 1978, as a Holistic Health Educator and Master Rebirther, teaching Holistic Rebirthing with the Sacred Breath throughout Canada, USA, Europe and Australia. At the age of 24, Mahara healed a lifetime of epilepsy through this powerful Transformation Breath healing modality which has become the foundation of her life’s work. And so began Mahara’s 38 year career as a healer and planetary change agent which has so far spanned 4 continents.

As a Rebirther, Mahara assists people to heal emotionally and spiritually and in essence to Rebirth and Come Alive. By employing the connected breathing pattern or Sacred Rebirthing breath in conjunction with “Psychology of Vision™” reprogramming, one releases the wounds of the past, and frees the body to begin its own healing. The inner Light of the Soul is liberated and the natural aliveness and wisdom stored in the body emerges.

A 3-hour private session consists of counseling ‘the Great Unravelling’, plus family of origin exploration, Sacred Rebirthing with Conscious Breath and reprogramming of limited core-beliefs. We then integrate into present time aspects of the Self, and through Soul Retrieval re-integrate fragments that have been lost along the way.

In the old paradigm, life was a perpetual journey of death and rebirth. To the degree we allow ourselves to continually shed old skins, we awaken new energies, aliveness, creativity and spiritual awareness. Sacred Rebirthing along with The Mother of all Breaths, deepens our gratitude for life and connection to the magnificence of Source that dwells within us and all around us.
