The Self-Paced version gives you full access to the course content, 12-week strength programming, and recorded guest lectures—without the live calls or community interaction. This option is ideal if you’re looking for flexibility, and want to study and implement at your own pace.

The Self Paced Course in your own time and to follow it up with a Live Round to really solidify your knowledge by asking me any questions on the live calls, getting the extra eyes on your progress through out chat group on Slack and enjoying the full experience of our community.
When you purchase you will have immediate access to the self paced so you can start learning right away, until we start the live round in September. Once that round starts you get full access of the live calls so your total time with the material is 35 weeks!
