Overview of the 4 Installments in the Gods Playing in the Clouds Mastery Edition Full Program Year 1 & 2:

*Year One includes:

The First Installment (Beginner Level) will focus on the 6 core physical movements, micro-alignments, Taoist breathing and how to connect the nervous system within Gods Playing in the Clouds.

The Second Installment (Beginner Intermediate Level) will focus on the fascial movement, yin and yang alignments, outer dissolving, bending and stretching and how to lengthen the body within Gods Playing in the Clouds.

Year Two includes:

The Third Installment (Intermediate Level) will focus on the openings & closings of the joints and cavities, wrapping the fascia, twisting and rotating the body, the C-curve and movement 7 within Gods Playing in the Clouds.

The Fourth Installment (Intermediate Advanced Level) will focus on directly moving Qi in the body, Taoist reverse breathing, channels, 3 Tantiens, activating the Etheric body, Spiraling and Bend the Bow within Gods Playing in the Clouds.
