Then grief and regret become a block all their own, keeping us chained to the past and preventing us from seizing the present moment and making up for lost time NOW.

We have been taught from such an early age “not to talk to strangers” and to “protect” ourselves in countless ways. Unfortunately, all these defenses create walls around us, and it is truly exhausting to keep other people at arm’s length.

Day 26 – Letting Go of the Curse of “Specialness”

Most of us were taught as children that we have to be and do something “special” to “earn” love and attention. Unfortunately, most of us carried this forward to adulthood, where we require “performance” from ourselves and others and don’t allow ourselves to be loved exactly as we are.

Day 27 – Embracing Sex as an Expression of Divine Union

Without even realizing it consciously, most of us have subconscious fear of sex because the ego fears union with other people and with the Divine. Because shame is one of the lowest vibrational energies (and literally pushes other people away from us), the more of it we release from our belief system, the more magnetic we become.
