In this meditation, Dr Joe advances the teaching of the Blessing of the Energy Centers.

This meditation is for anyone who wants to systematically learn how to move the creative energy sitting at the base of the spine, up through each energy center, and deliver it to the brain. You will learn how to connect each energy center, align them, and attune them into more harmony and balance.

At the end of the meditation, Dr Joe will instruct you to lie down, surrender, and program your autonomic nervous system into more homeostasis and balance.

The energy centers of the body (known as chakras in the Hindu traditions) are individual centers that have their own frequency and energy. Each energy center emits different information and/or intentions; correlates to its own individual glands, hormones, and chemistry; and houses its own unique plexuses of neurons. When activated with energy, each center expresses its own level of mind.
